The West Texas Renaissance Festival is held at Broken Horn Productions, 4613 TX-349, Midland, Texas 79706. Festival dates, hours, and daily schedules will be posted on our website as they are announced.
Tickets can be purchased directly through the West Texas Renaissance Festival website. We recommend purchasing in advance so you can have your ticket ready when you arrive at the gates.
Gate sales will be available based on ticket availability. Purchasing your tickets online in advance is the best way to guarantee admission and make getting through the gates quicker.
Children’s admission and age requirements vary by ticket type. Current children’s pricing and any available family ticket options can be found on our Tickets page.
Yes, Parking free on site. We currently don’t have any deals or agreements with lots nearby for parking. We are not responsible if your vehicle is towed due to incorrect parking or parking on someone else’s property.
Re-entry is possible with the appropriate wrist brand for that day. If you lose that Wrist band re-entry will not be possible with a used ticket. A new ticket much be purchased for entry. Make sure you receive your wrist band for your ticket type at the gate upon check in do not leave check in without it.
Major credit and debit cards are accepted for online ticket purchases. Payment options offered by individual vendors inside the festival may vary, so bringing more than one form of payment is recommended.
The West Texas Renaissance Festival is an outdoor event and will generally continue through normal weather conditions. Severe weather or unsafe conditions may require schedule changes, delays, or closures. Updates will be shared through our official channels.
Ticket purchases are subject to the festival’s current refund and transfer policy. Please review the terms provided when purchasing your tickets or contact our team if you need assistance with an existing order.

Beware of scammers we will never comment on our own post asking for vendors and we currently never ask for payment without a contract. All payment will be through a secure portal that will come in your emails following you signing the contract, not cash app, or pay pal. Musicians, entertainers, actors, demonstrators, and other performers can apply through the Performer Application on our Join the Faire page. Please include as much information as possible about your act and performance requirements.
We welcome Individuals, businesses and organizations interested in supporting the West Texas Renaissance Festival. Visit our Sponsor Registration page to tell us about your organization and learn more about available partnership opportunities.
Select Volunteer on our Join the Faire page and complete the volunteer registration form. We’ll ask about your availability, interests, and preferred areas so we can find the best opportunity for you.
Jousting participants must complete the Jousting Registration form and provide the requested participant, horse, experience, and safety information. Registration does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
Animals participating in the Faire must be registered and approved in advance when required. Owners and handlers should complete the Animal Registration form and provide all requested health, safety, and identification information.
Deadlines may vary for vendors, performers, volunteers, jousters, sponsors, and animal registrations. Apply as early as possible, as some categories may close once available space has been filled.
No. Submitting an application places you under consideration for participation in the West Texas Renaissance Festival. Applications are reviewed based on available space, festival needs, suitability, safety requirements, and other applicable criteria.

Absolutely! Guests are encouraged to dress for the occasion, whether that means full Renaissance garb, fantasy attire, or simply coming as you are. Costumes are never required to enjoy the Faire.
Weapons are allowed within the festival provided they are secured properly Broken Horn Productions does have several bars I would check the Locations Policy page.
Pet and animal policies are established with the safety of our guests, performers, livestock, and participating animals in mind. Please review the current animal policy before bringing an animal to the festival grounds. Service animals are addressed separately under applicable requirements.
We want the West Texas Renaissance Festival to be welcoming to as many guests as possible. Because the festival takes place on outdoor grounds, some terrain may be uneven. Contact our team before your visit if you have specific accessibility questions or accommodation needs.
Service animals are permitted in adccordance with applicable law. Guests should be aware that horses and other animals may be present throughout the festival grounds, so please plan accordingly.
Personal photography and video are generally welcome. Please be respectful of performers, vendors, participants, and other guests. Commercial photography, professional productions, drones, or other specialized equipment may require prior authorization.
If you lose an item during your visit, speak with a festival staff member for assistance with Lost & Found. For items discovered after the festival, contact us with a description of the missing item and when you attended.
Yes. The West Texas Renaissance Festival is designed to offer entertainment and experiences for guests of all ages. Individual performances or activities may have their own recommendations, which will be identified when appropriate.
