Food trucks are required to adhere to all local, state and federal laws and permitting. Proof of permits, licensing and insurance is required at signup. We now require first year food and drink vendors to pay a $200 refundable deposit to be paid back at the conclusion of the event. Returning vendors fee will be waived and no-shows and late cancelations will be excluded from future events without proper notice.   
Any additional Space required for equipment or stakeouts exceeding the allotted amount should be noted on the Application additional fees may apply.

Allotted Stakeouts 
 200 sq ft and smaller - 3ft stakeouts max
More than 200ft - 5ft stakeouts max 
All tents including Canopy tents will be required to stake out "no weights allowed"
